There are some reasons to believe that the &#8220;Vertical Strip&#8221;\u00a0technique is superior to &#8220;Circle of Circles&#8221;\u00a0breast examination. Studies have shown that medical students trained in the &#8220;Vertical Strip&#8221;\u00a0technique will find more breast lumps in manikins than those trained in\u00a0the &#8220;Circle of Circles&#8221; technique.
